In 2001 when I accepted a Technician position with Lancaster County 911, I started B Moyer Radio Communications as a part-time business with a goal to provide quality service at a fair price. This business grew and in 2007 with 2 full-time employees already working, I made the decision to leave my government job and concentrate on growing B Moyer Radio. Today with 20 employees we continue to strive to keep our original goals.
My best days are meeting with customers and helping them find solutions to their communications needs. When not working I love spending time with my family, camping and serving my community as Fire Chief of Cleona Fire Company.
I started with B Moyer Radio in August of 2017, working part time in the front office. In February 2018 I quit my full-time job as a nurse to join the family business full time! I like to joke that my official job title is “Whatever Bob tells me to do” because I have done a little bit of everything over the years. Working with both parents and 2 siblings can be challenging, but I love coming to work and being able to work hard to preserve and continue the great name my dad has created.

In 2010 I started handling all office operations for my husbands small radio business. As the business grew and we hired more office staff I left my nursing position of 25 years to focus on the accounting and payroll. Most days, my favorite part of working here is working with my husband and three kids. With that said, as a family owned business we pride ourselves in our quality of service and personalized customer service.
